PURPOSE: A noise control method for an apartment house is provided to promote the convenience on construction works with low expenses and to heighten the soundproofing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The noise control method for an apartment house comprises the steps of installing small spacers(16) composed of a steel cap and a rubber or synthetic ball on a floor slab(10) and the inside of a wall(19), then installing a form(15) upward and sideward, placing lightweight aerated concrete(12), arranging hot-water pipes(22), placing finishing mortar(13) and covering up with oilpaper(14). An air tube(17) is installed to the inside of a wall to place finishing mortar(13) and an upper floor layer is separated by a spacer(16) from a framed slab(10) and a wall(19).
