PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of warming interior even when the temperature of cooling water of an internal combustion engine is low. SOLUTION: When coolant discharged from a compressor 9 is circulated to a hot gas heater circuit 22 to warm the interior, ventilation amount in a ventilating duct 2 is controlled by adding a gas volume level on the basis of the detected temperature of after-evaporation temperature sensor 37 to a gas volume level on the basis of the detected temperature of a cooling water temperature sensor 38. Therefore, when an evaporator 8 can heat ventilated air, warming can be carried out even if the temperature of the cooling water of the engine E circulating to a hot-water heater 3 is low.
