PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a double layer battery as an energy source by reconditioning it. SOLUTION: This battery is structured so that it can be separated to the upper and lower parts, and when interior materials get too old, its lid is removed to replace liquid (dilute sulfuric acid) and the interior materials with new ones, and the lid is fastened with bolts.
