PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution device and a content distribution control method which modify a content obtained from a management server depending on the time, and modify the contents and volume of the obtained content according to a type of a terminal and the size of a communication line between the terminal and the server. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transmitting/receiving part 21 which obtains the content, which is associated with time information including prescribed time, after going over the prescribed time from a content management server 30, a display part 23 which displays the content obtained in the transmitting/receiving part 21 so as to be selectable by a user's operation command, and a reception part 25 which makes the user input distribution information to distribute the selected content. The transmitting/receiving part 21 distributes the selected content to a distribution destination of a terminal 10 included in the distribution information based on the distribution information input in the reception part 25.
