PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air duct being installed in a space part in an electronic device for flowing cooling air, and provide the electronic device using the air duct, in the air duct for flowing cooling air into the device. SOLUTION: The air duct 24 made of an elastic material comprises a duct body 56, an airway 28, a suction part 30, and an exhausting part 32. The duct body 56 is mounted detachably in a space 20 in the device. In the duct body 56, the airway 28, in which air is passed, is formed while the exhausting part 32 discharging air from the suction part 30 and the airway 28 taking cooling air into the airway 28 is formed.
