PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing zinc acrylate exhibiting excellent fluidity while preventing moisture absorption. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing zinc acrylate comprises steps of reacting zinc oxide with acrylic acid in a solvent, separating the resultant zinc acrylate from the solvent, drying and crushing the thus-obtained zinc acrylate, where at least the crushing step is carried out at a controlled temperature of 5-40°C and a controlled relative humidity of 0-46 RH%. Thus, zinc acrylate is prevented from moisture absorption in the manufacturing steps to suppress agglomeration thereby securing fluidity when used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
