FIELD: experimental medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out cellular transplantation upon substrate complex as a sponge onto recipient surface followed by the impact upon a transplant with nutritive medium, moreover, a sponge should be fixed at wound surface and applied into an isolator together with damage area, isolator is prolongly and continuously filled with periodically changeable culture medium. Simultaneously one should infiltrate a sponge with suspension of small cutaneous fragments and in 20 h one should transfer epidermic and cutaneous autocells followed by their cultivation directly upon a substrate fixed at recipient's surface of an animal. The method increases efficiency in applying solutions, protects transplant against drying and mechanical damages. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and shortened terms for restoration. ^ 2 ex |
