PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily acquiring a moving picture of a desired object from a photographed image. SOLUTION: A moving picture generating apparatus sequentially generates an entire image comprising a plurality of unit images by changing a photographing direction to image a photographing range, records the generated entire image to a server 53, segments the unit image in the same photographing direction as that of the unit image designated by a user by each of the entire images recorded in the server 53 or the unit image on a photographing direction identified in response to a compared luminance level, and generates a moving picture on the basis of the segmented unit image.
