The cool case (1) for bottles (19) as a housing (3) with a front side (5), a rear side (7), an upper side (9), an under side (11) and two cross sides (13,15). The front side has an opening (17) for insertion and removal of bottles. Cooling devices produce a cold air flow from the top to the bottom along the opening in the front side. The opening and the housing are elongated whereby the longitudinal axes (27) of the opening and the housing extend in a width direction. The length is thus twice as large as the height. The height of the opening is somewhat larger than that of the contained bottle. Suspension of the case is by means of recesses in the rear side of the housing which fit over hooks positioned in a wall.
