PURPOSE: A method of making clotted blood of cattle by adding bay leaf powder and wormwood powder to clotted blood of cattle, sealing them in a package and then sterilizing is provided. The product is eliminated in a fishy smell and smells like wormwood flavor when cooked. CONSTITUTION: Fresh blood from the slaughter house is mixed with water in a ratio of 5:5, added with 0.05% by weight of bay leaf powder, 0.02% by weight of wormwood powder and salt and introduced into a retort pouch. Thereafter, the pouch is heated at 123 to 125deg.C in a sterilizer and then quickly cooled. |
