MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and method are provided to guarantee high throughput and equity between wireless communication devices when one wireless communication device transmits/receives data to/ from plural wireless communication devices. CONSTITUTION: A queue state searching unit(41) searches the state of a queue included in a packet data transmitted/received to/from plural mobile communication systems(40b,40c,40d) operating as slaves. A counter(43) counts how many times each pair of master-slave searched in the queue state searching unit(41) has conceded data transmission chance or has been conceded with respect to data transmission chance. A communication order determining unit(45) determines a priority level for communication with respect to each pair of master(40a) and slaves(40b,40c,40d). A comparing unit(47) compares the priority level value of a pair of master and slave performing data transmission/reception and the maximum priority level value with respect to the entire pairs of master and slave. A communication beginning unit(49) begins communication between masters and slaves in order from a pair having a higher priority level.
