PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a bearing capable of satisfactorily preventing the lowering of image quality and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 with a bearing provided with an electrophotographic photoreceptor 2 having a cylindrical substrate 3 and a photosensitive layer 4 disposed on the substrate 3, and at least one bearing 5 which supports the photoreceptor 2 in a rotatable state, an intercepting member 10 is disposed which intercepts a lubricant flowing from the bearing 5 into a region 4a contributing to image formation on the surface of the photosensitive layer 4. In the case where a lubricant is enclosed in the bearing 5, even if the lubricant liquifies at high temperature and leaks out of the bearing 5, the lubricant flowing from the bearing 5 into the region 4a contributing to image formation is intercepted by the intercepting member 10, whereby contamination of the region 4a by the lubricant is prevented.
