PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proper delicate access control. SOLUTION: This information processing system comprises an access control device and a computer system connectable to an external network through the access control device. The computer system comprises a means for acquiring user identification information (OxAC01, etc.) and application identification information (0x1, etc.); and a means for adding an IP address generated based on the user identification information and the application identification information to data to be transmitted through an application. The access control device comprises a means for determining the attribute of the IP address added to the data; a means for analyzing the IP address to recognize the user identification information and the application identification information; a and means for controlling the access to the external network based on the attribute of the IP address and the recognized user identification information and application identification information.
