PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize less-vibration motor drive control by preventing occurrence of a large acceleration change even if a target speed is changed during acceleration and deceleration of a motor, in controlling the motor speed in an acceleration/deceleration pattern of sigmoid characteristics. SOLUTION: A current speed of the motor 10 is compared with the target speed corresponding to an input of the target speed data. Corresponding to a deviation, a pulse generating IC 20 for motor control drives the motor 10 in the acceleration/deceleration pattern of the sigmoid characteristic. When the target speed is changed during the acceleration/deceleration of the motor 10, the target speed is regard as being not changed until the sigmoid acceleration/deceleration pattern corresponding to the previous target speed is completed. After the sigmoid acceleration/deceleration pattern corresponding to the previous target speed is completed, the sigmoid acceleration/deceleration pattern corresponding to the current target speed is carried out.
