PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lapping machine having excellent workability and machinability by eliminating a trouble in fitting a shoe or replacement work. SOLUTION: This lapping machine includes: a lapping film 1, one surface of which is provided with abrasive grains; and pressing means 10, 30 for pressing the abrasive grain surface 2 of the lapping film 1 to a work W. The pressing means 10, 30 include a non-expandable and deformable belt-like members 11, 31 and a pressurizing member 12 for deforming the belt-like members 11, 31 so as to match the machined surface of the work W.
