REINFORCED WOODEN FLOORING HAVING GROOVES ON ITS BACK AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A reinforced wooden flooring having grooves on its back and constructed of a laminated structure having a high pressure melamine laminate(HPL), water resistant plywood and a soundproof layer, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to improve dimensional stability, curling property, adhesiveness and constructional efficiency and to give a soundproof effect. CONSTITUTION: The wooden flooring comprises: a water resistant plywood layer(10) having 5 to 7 veneer sheets adhered together using a phenol resin or melamine resin adhesive and grooves formed on its back, the water resistant plywood layer(10) exhibiting substantially no dimensional change due to heat and moisture; an adhesive layer(40) laminated on the water resistant plywood layer(10) and made of a resin that is curable at room temperature; and an upper HPL(20) laminated on the adhesive layer(40), the upper HPL(20) having a second core layer(25), a first core layer(23), a pattern layer(22), and a surface protection layer(21).
