METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING A DOWNLINK PACKET IN A MOBILE COMMUNICATION PACKET NETWORK, CONCERNED WITH SIMULTANEOUSLY TRANSMITTING A PLURALITY OF PACKET DATA WITH A DIFFERENT QUALITY OF SERVICE

PURPOSE: A method for distributing a downlink packet in a mobile communication packet network is provided to simultaneously transmit a plurality of packet data with a different QoS(Quality of Service). CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal transmits a PDP(Packet Data Protocol) context activation request message to an SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node)(S10). The SGSN selects GGSN(Gateway GPRS Serving Node) and transmits a PDP context generation request message to the GGSN(S11). The GGSN transmits a PDP context generation response message to the SGSN(S12). The SGSN transmits a PDP context update request message to the GGSN(S14) and the GGSN transmits a response message according to the update request to the SGSN(S15). The SGSN informs the mobile terminal that the PDP context has been successfully activated(S16).
