PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved capacity per unit volume by manufacturing high density electrodes, and allow for ease of electrode formation by enhancing physical properties of electrode slurry. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of producing a primary electrode slurry(20) by coupling an electrode active material(12) using a powder active carbon(10a) and a fiber active carbon(10b), a conductive agent(16) using a carbon black(14), and an organic solvent based binder(18); a step of producing a secondary electrode slurry(24) by adding an aqueous solution based binder(22) to the primary electrode slurry and stirring the resultant material; and a step of producing an electrode for capacitor by performing a pressing(26) process, a shaping process(28), and a drying process(30) on the secondary electrode slurry.
