PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform no operation which is not desired by a person near a device or a person uses the device even when a remote operation on the device is performed. SOLUTION: In service equipment 10 as remotely operated equipment, a direct user judgment part 13 detects whether or not a user who actually uses the service equipment 10 exists near the service equipment 10. In addition, a priority judgment part 14 judges whether or not an operation command is a special object for priority. When the command is the special object for priority, whether or not an operation command should be executed is judged without referring to presence/absence of the user. When the command is not the special object for priority, whether or not the operation command should be executed is judged according to the presence/absence of the user near the service equipment 10. When a request of remote operation competes with a request of the user near the service equipment 10, priority is given to the request of the user near the service equipment 10.
