PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a dropping-picking treatment to be easily carried out without soiling the hand and with a comfortable posture during taking a walk of a dog, and bring the droppings to be carried to one's home without transferring them to another plastic bag or the like. SOLUTION: The dog's dropping-picking device is constituted so that a receiver unit 3 is put to a necessary spot in an easy posture with holding a handle unit 1 by uniting the handle unit 1 with the receiver unit 3. By laying a sheet of paper or a plastic bag 2 on the receiver unit 3, the droppings are collected and carried without any other treatment to one's home without soiling the hand.
