PURPOSE: A load follower apparatus of grid connection type inverter for fuel cell power generation system is provided to prevent reverse power due to surplus power by computing and outputting a current load capacity to a fuel battery controller. CONSTITUTION: A fuel battery stack(110) receives fuel to generate DC(Direct Current) power according to a control signal outputted from a fuel battery controller(120). A system coupling type inverter(130) converts the DC power generated by the fuel battery stack into AC(Alternating Current power) so as to link it to a linkage system(150). An inverter controller(140) controls the operation of the system coupling type inverter. A first current detector(170) is connected between the system coupling type inverter and a load(160) and measures a current outputted from the system coupling type inverter to output it to the inverter controller. A second current detector(180) is connected between the linkage system and the load and measures a current flowing through the linkage system to output it to the inverter controller. A voltage detector(190) measures a voltage of the load to output it to the inverter controller.
