PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hollow composite fiber having super crimp property is characterized by using high viscosity polyester added multifunctional ingredient and low viscosity polyester. The composite fiber is useful for kinds of padding and stuffing. CONSTITUTION: Hollow composite fiber having super crimp property is obtained by the steps of: preparing high viscosity polyester(a) containing multifunctional ingredient and having 0.64-0.80 of limit viscosity; preparing low viscosity polyester(b) containing 0.01-3.0wt.% of titanium dioxide and having 0.50-0.68 of limit viscosity; and then conjugate-spinning the polyesters with a hollow side by side type. Difference(lVa-lVb) of limit viscosities of the high viscosity polyester(a) and the low viscosity polyester(b) satisfies formula (1)((IVa-Ivb) is greater than or equal to 0.05 and smaller than and equal to 0.020). Rate(MVa/MVb) of melt viscosities of the high viscosity polyester(a) and the low viscosity polyester(b) satisfies formula (2)((MVa/Mvb) is greater than and equal to 1.5 and smaller than and equal to 6.0) .
