PURPOSE: A dyeing method and a dyeing device of textile or yarn using a flexible bag are provided which are capable of dyeing the textile or the yarn uniformly, reducing rate of a dyeing solution, preventing dyes adhered on a test vessel from affecting result of next dyeing test, saving the dyeing solution, reducing a post treatment cost and reducing bad effects to environment. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing method of textile or yarn using a flexible bag comprises the steps of: (a) drawing the textile or the yarn and setting the textile or the yarn in a flexible waterproof bag; (b) feeding a dyeing solution in the bag; (c) sealing an aperture of the bag to maintain the dyeing solution and to form a test dyeing bag; and then (d) extending the test dyeing bag with a clamp tool, and rotating the test dyeing bag or pressing a surface of the bag sectionally to flow the dyeing solution in the bag everywhere, so infiltrating the dyeing solution into the fiber of the textile to dye the fiber uniformly.
