PREPARATION METHOD OF PASTE-TYPE MANURE USING EXCREMENT AND WASTEWATER OF SLAUGHTERING PLACE AND FISH PROCESSING PLACE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a paste-type manure is provided, to obtain a paste-type manure by using excrement and the wastewater of a slaughtering place and a fish processing place. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of accommodating excrement and the wastewater of a slaughtering place and a fish processing place in a vapor treatment bath(3) provided with a discharge pipe(31) and a draff discharge pipe(34); accommodating food waste and various organic waste in a forcing digestion room(10) and adding a natural digesting agent such as CaO, dolomite or their mixture to the forcing digestion room(10) to digest the organic waste by stirring at 90-130 deg.C and to generate a strong alkaline vapor of a high temperature; inducing the strong alkaline vapor of a high temperature to a vapor pipe(2) to deodorize and sterilize the material to be treated in the vapor treatment bath(3); precipitating the material to be treated in the vapor treatment bath(3), discharging the supernatant through the discharge pipe(31) and collecting the paste-like precipitate in an additional collection tank and controlling the pH to be 6-10; and adding the organic waste treated in the digestion room, yellow soil, zeolite, saw dust, rice halls and rice straw and specific cereal powder to the collection tank.
