PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a material to be fed by a toothed gear in a manufacturing method of a waveform fin used for heat exchanger, regardless of a width of a trough part of the waveform.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fin includes: a specific shape shaping step of shaping a specific shape at a central part in a cross direction of a belt-shaped material 5 in a feed direction of the belt-shaped material 5; a waveform shaping step of shaping a waveform at both sides of the specific shape in the cross direction of the belt-shaped material 5; and a step of transferring the belt-shaped material 5 by engaging a toothed gear 31 with the waveform and driving the toothed gear 31. The material can be transferred by engaging the toothed gear with the waveform shaped at both sides. |
