PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit and a method of drive thereof which are highly tamper-proof and can iteratively provide logic many times.SOLUTION: A logic circuit includes: first and second ferroelectric capacitor groups; an evaluation circuit for detecting an amount of charge read out from the first ferroelectric capacitor group, and evaluating a result of predetermined logic synthesis depending on a charge retention state stored in the first ferroelectric capacitor group; a first transfer circuit for transferring a charge depending on the charge read out from the first ferroelectric capacitor group to the second ferroelectric capacitor group to write to the second ferroelectric capacitor group; and a second transfer circuit for transferring a charge depending on a charge read out from the second ferroelectric capacitor group to the first ferroelectric capacitor group to write to the first ferroelectric capacitor group. |
