PURPOSE: A vehicle is provided to reduce an energy consumption and prevent an environmental contamination by driving a hydraulic motor by the high pressure fluid produced from a hydraulic pump when the vehicle operates at the speed higher than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle comprises a charger battery(1) mounted in a fuel tank mounting unit; a transformer(3) electrically connected to the output of the charger battery; a hydraulic motor which is driven by the high pressure fluid generated from hydraulic pumps(18c), and operates front wheels of the vehicle; a transmission mechanically connected to the hydraulic motor; propelling shafts mechanically connected to the transmission so as to operate the front wheels; generators mechanically connected to front wheels and rear wheels, and which convert the rotating forces of front and rear wheels into an electrical energy, wherein the generators are electrically connected to the charger battery so as to charge the charger battery with an electrical energy; a junction box(21) electrically connected to the outputs of the generators; a switch(23) electrically connected to the output of the junction box; a conduit for recovering the oil from the hydraulic motor to an oil tank; and a brake pedal(91) electrically connected to the output of the transformer.
