PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: This load sensor is constituted of a body part 1 strained by a load, a plating film 2 in close contact to an outer circumference part of the body part 1 to change a magnetic characteristic in response to a strain of the body part, a magnetic substance yoke 3 constituted to form a closed magnetic circuit with the plating film 2, and a coil 4 wound onto the magnetic substance yoke 3. The body part 1 and the magnetic substance yoke 3 are welded in four corners of the body part, and end parts of welded parts 5 in the welding executed in the four corners of the body part, and an end part of the magnetic substance yoke 3 are positioned at least within an in-plane area in a plane receiving the load of the body part 1.
