PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge transport material having two (9-fluorenylidene)malononitrile groups, an organic photoreceptor containing this, an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, and an electrophotographic image forming method using this. SOLUTION: In the organic photoreceptor comprising a conductive substrate and a photoconductive element on the conductive substrate, the photoconductive element contains (a) a charge transport material having a chemical formula 1 and (b) a charge generating compound. In the formula 1, X and X' are each independently a (9-fluorenylidene)malononitrile group; Z is a branched or linear linking group having the formula -(CH2)m-; and m is an integer of 1 to 30.
