PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness of a multifunctional electronic apparatus of portable type which comprises the functions of portable telephone functions, still camera functions, etc. SOLUTION: The portable electronic apparatus is provided with a part 1 which is rotatably connected by a connecting part 3 and is foldable, and a lid part 2. An input key group and a main display part are installed in a folding inside of the main part 1 and a lid part 2, and a camera part 9 and a sub-display part 17 are installed in a folding outside. As a result of this, the portable multifunction electronic apparatus which is easily used as a portable telephone, and furthermore, even in a stand-by condition in a folded state as the portable telephone, can be immediately used as a still camera, and so on, and can also be used easily as a still camera.
