PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of saving a number of kinds of contents as a favorite file separately from photographed images or th like. SOLUTION: The digital camera 1 is configured to acquire audio data from a microphone 12. The audio data acquired by a recording operation are stored in a photographed image folder within a memory card 90. When a predetermined operation for album registration is performed, in response to the operation, an album audio file is produced from an audio file stored in the photographed image folder, and is stored in an album folder within the memory card 90. Therefore, in the album folder, the favorite audio file is registered separately from the audio file that is stored in the photographed image folder by the recording operation.
