PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical sheet, which is thin and has a uniform thickness distribution, with good thickness precision and good excipient/transfer properties. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an optical sheet, resin 15 discharged from a die 11 is pressed and passed between a touch roll 12 and an excipient roll 13 to manufacture the optical sheet. More in concrete, the discharged resin temperature of the die 11 is 50 to 290°C and the molding speed is 8 to 40 m/minute. Further, the air gap between the die 11, and touch roll 12 and excipient roll 13 are≤110 mm and the touch roll uses an elastic roll whose quantity of deformation along a diameter is≥0.01% when linear pressure is 30 kg/cm.
