PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toner having good fixability, glossiness, transparency and releasability without coating a fixing device with a fixing oil. SOLUTION: The toner consists essentially of a colorant, a release agent and a binder resin, wherein the release agent is a mixture of carnauba wax and a nonpolar paraffin wax. In this electrophotographic negative charge type full color toner, the binder resin comprises a polyester resin including cyclohexanedimethanol as an essential one of polyhydric alcohol components and having an acid number of 5-20 mgKOH/g.
