PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the height of a low floor, to sufficiently secure foot rest area of the low floor, and to provide a foot rest part of a driver and a foot rest part of an occupant on the low floor, in the low level vehicle with an engine arranged under the low floor. SOLUTION: This vehicle 10 is a scooter type motorcycle with the engine 100 arranged under the low floor 73. By opening a cut-out part 73a on a part of the low floor 73 and facing a part of the engine 100 to the cut-out part 73a, the faced part of the engine 100 is used as also the foot rest part for placing the feet of the driver. The part of the engine 100 faced to the cut-out part 73a is a cover 118 for covering an ac generator installed in the engine 100. An opening part 118b for an inspection is provided on an upper surface 118a.
