The invention relates to a bipolar plate of a fuel cell, made from a thermosetting and/or thermoplastic plastic and a carbon filler with a filler content of preferably 70 wt. % to 95 wt. %. The bipolar plate at least partly comprises a structure, such as open or closed channels, for the supply or throughflow of a fluid. According to the invention, a blockage of the channels through, for example, fluid drops may be avoided, whereby the structured region (22) of the bipolar plate (12, 14) is at least partly of a hydrophobic embodiment or is provided with a hydrophobic coat. |
