The housing (1) for a high-frequency TV tuner for use in a road vehicle is made in two parts. It has sector-shaped holes (3) in a first part to allow cooling air to be sucked in by a fan. A rectangular cutout (4) for a cooling air exit grille (5) is situated near the inlet for the fan. The second part of the housing (2) is devoid of openings. The tuner may be used above 100 megahertz.
