PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prescribed communication speed by preventing a mobile station from duplicately selecting the same base station. SOLUTION: When a plurality of base stations B1 are stored in a data table DT with respect to the same slot, a CPU 5 selects a base station B1 of a second or following high radio wave strength as a relay destination for the relevant slot in the plurality of base stations B1 for the slot. Namely, in the conventional example, since the wireless repeater system selects the base station B1 of the highest electric field strength as the relay destination and it is overlapped with a base station with which a mobile station A directly communicates, so that the expected communication speed can not be obtained. In this embodiment, however, a base station (B5, for example) except for the base station (B1, for example) whose radio wave strength seems highest when viewed from the mobile station A is selected as the relay destination by the wireless repeater system C, so that the mobile station A is prevented from duplicately selecting the same base station, thereby obtaining the expected communication speed.
