FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of parts with cone cavity by means of backward extrusion. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary and final deforming of blank in die by means of backward extrusion while acting upon blank by means of punch generatrix for forming inner cone wall of cavity. Cone surface of wall of part cavity is formed at final deforming due to applying effort normal relative to convex generatrix of punch. Convex curvature of punch generatrix is equal to value of elastic deformation of part wall. It is possible to use punch whose generatrix has convex cone band with two zones of different conicity angles, height of said band is to be equal to value of elastic deformation of wall. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of parts due to elimination of distortion of inner profile, enlarged manufacturing possibilities. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
