PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the quantity of ink being waster to zero by replacing an ink tank after the residual ink in the ink tank is eliminated when the ink tank is replaced in an ink feed system for feeding ink from a raw ink tank through a tube. SOLUTION: An ink tank is directly connected with a small chamber having a variable internal volume. Air is fed into the ink tank by reducing the volume of the small chamber and residual ink in the ink tank is discharged to a chamber disposed on the side communicating with the atmosphere and communicating with the atmosphere.
