GRANULE CONTACT MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule contact member capable of being manufactured with surely inhibiting or reducing adhesion regardless of a flow direction of granules with simple structure and further having recesses having any shape and size with good accuracy easily.SOLUTION: A granule contact member 1 has a plurality of each independent recesses 2 by laser processing arranged on a surface of a member to which granules themselves or aggregated granules S contact with deviating at half pitch in lines neighboring each other and a row direction with pitch P which is 20% size of median in cumulative percentage of particle diameters of the granules S or less and interval between the surface and the recesses 2 are continuous smoothly with corrosion processing. To minimize contact area with granules S, adhesion of the granules S can be inhibited or reduced regardless of a flow direction of the granules S. And to form a plurality of each independent recesses 2 with a predetermined pattern by laser processing, a granule contact member 1 can be easily manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
