PURPOSE: An automatic power cut-off system is provided to give a warning to a user upon sensing of abnormal ambient air temperature, by arranging an ambient air temperature in an electronic product. CONSTITUTION: An automatic power cut-off system comprises a sensing unit(110), a control unit(120), and an operating unit(130). The sensing unit includes an ambient air temperature sensor(112), and a converter(114) for converting an analog signal of a resistance value sensed by the ambient air temperature sensor into a digital signal. The control unit includes a central processing unit(122) for receiving the temperature value from the converter and judging whether the ambient air temperature indicates a dangerous condition, a safety unit(124) connected to the central processing unit and outputting warning sound when the ambient air temperature indicates a dangerous condition, and a main board(126) for controlling the central processing unit, the safety unit, and other components of an electronic product. The operating unit is mounted on an input terminal of a power source of the main board, and shorts the safety device through the control of the central processing unit in accordance with the signal output from the control unit, such that a safety cut-off device(134) connected to the power source operates to cut off the power being applied to the electronic product.
