FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out infra-red spectroscopy of blood plasma, detecting the values for infra-red radiation permeability to calculate an average coefficient of permeability. At the value of average coefficient of permeability being below 79.5 within 3085-2832 cm-1 and above 40.5 and 71.6 within 1710-1610 cm-1 and 1430-1210 cm-1, correspondingly, one should diagnose adhesive peritoneal disease. Normal value of average coefficient of permeability corresponds to above 79.5 within 3085-2832 cm-1 and below 40.5 and 71.6 within 1710-1610 cm-1 and 1430-1210 cm-1, correspondingly. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of earlier diagnostics. ^ 1 ex |
