<p>Cylindrical feeder solves the problem of continuous volume and weight particulate materials dosing by means of cylindrical, rotary-sliding dosing chamber (1). Base of the invention is such a construction of the dosing chamber (1) which is rolled from the endless geared internal bearing strap (3) equipped with resisting bearing strap (2) on the inside, where it restrains the internal surface of the dosing chamber (1) and an endless geared external bearing strap (4). The bearing branch of the internal bearing strap (3) with resisting bearing strap (2) is rolled with invariable screw-thread rising into the shape of cylindrical sheathing and a bearing branch of the external circumference strap (4) is reeled on the rolled bearing branch of the internal bearing strap (3), while its gearing is fixed onto the gearing of each couple of the neighboring screw-threads of the internal bearing strap (3) to retain invariable shape of a dosing chamber (1). Reverse branches of the dosing chamber (1) can have a shape of free spiral or a shape of the identical cylindrical sheathing, set in parallel with dosing chamber (1). Dosing chamber (1) with reverse branches is set to the bearing padlocks (23) and its drive is realized by means of geared of flat straps. Functioning of dosing chamber (1) creates the section with invariable cross-section, characterized by invariably diverted surface and steady slide of the upper layers of the particulate substance in the transversal direction.</p> |
