PURPOSE: A heating panel having a circular or elliptical internal passage is provided to increase pressure resistance, and to use the internal passage stably at high hydraulic supply pressure of heating media by forming the circular or elliptical internal passage. CONSTITUTION: A heating panel(2) is composed of upper and lower plates(4,6) integrally formed and opposed to each other to form an internal passage(12) for flowing heating media, plural bonding members(4a,6a) symmetrically extended from one plate to the other plate to connect the upper plate to the lower plate, and the internal passage formed in the plates by the bonding members. Both opposite sides of the bonding members are narrowed and inclined, and extended from the upper plate and the lower plates with the circular or elliptical curve. The edge of the lower part of the bonding member is extended to the upper and lower plates excluding the center to form the groove.
