PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video information recording method and apparatus capable of storing the whole of video data transmitted from a plurality of imaging means. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of paths is provided with a storage means (8, 10, 12), which is respectively connected to a control unit 15. The storage means 8, 10, 12 store video information from the plurality of paths and the control unit 15 reads the video information from the storage means 8, 10, 12 and stores the information to a first storage means 17.
