PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device which can couple a connector connected to a three-phase power source to a first connector in the state that the second connector is not separated from the first connector. SOLUTION: The connecting device of windings of a three-phase induction motor wires to connect three terminals respectively connected to the windings of the three-phase induction motor in a Y-connection to a three-phase power source. The connecting device includes the first connector including the three terminals of the induction motor coupled to the windings of the three-phase induction motor; and the second connector connected to the first connector and having a guide for connecting the three terminals of the induction motor of the first connected, by guiding a Y-connection plug pin for forming a Y connection and a plug pin of the three-phase power source connector inserted from an exterior by mutually coupling the three terminals of the induction motor.
