PURPOSE: A face or skin beautifying device using anions and steam is provided to enable anions emitted from the beautifying device to be moved to the face of a user or person to be operated on more smoothly and safely. CONSTITUTION: The face or skin beautifying device(1) using anions and steam which supplies anions and steam and provides the anion and steam shower function comprises: a main body(10) provided with an anion outlet(12) for emitting anions and a steam outlet(13) for emitting steam; and a charged body(15) for grounding the user or person to be operated on by parts of the human body being contacted with one surface of the main body(10).
