PURPOSE: A rear seat armrest angle control device is provided to improve passenger's convenience by an armrest of a rear seat automatically working. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat armrest angle control device(10) includes an armrest(20) installed to a depressed groove(52) formed to the back of a rear seat; a slave gear(30) formed to the rear of the armrest; a motor rotating a driving gear(31) combined to the slave gear; and a switching circuit(43) controlling the normal rotation/reverse rotation of the motor. An electronic brake is connected to the motor.
