PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw accessory, a fastening member structure using the same, and a disassembling method using the same, capable of surely fixing a fastened member with high workability, and easily separating (disassembling) the fastened member. SOLUTION: In this screw accessory 10 provided with a pair of arm parts obtained by curving a shape-restoring linear material by forming, and held between a head part 17b of a screw 17 and a panel cover 22 at the circumference of the screw 17, a locking part made out of shape-memory alloy is mounted on a tip side of one of the arm parts, a locked part made out of shape-memory alloy and engaged with the locking part, is mounted at a tip side of the other arm part, a locking state is released by restoring the shape-memory alloy to the stored original shape by heating the pair of arm parts, and the pair of arm parts are opened in the radial direction of the screw 17 by their shape restoring property to be drawn out from the head part of the screw 17.
