PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for securing a reinforcement cover in a reinforced concrete construction which is small in size, lightweight and easy to work. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar cut and worked is inserted into a plastic product formed by tapering an end of a cylindrical body and boring a hole for inserting the reinforcing bar in the end opposite to the tapered end. A diameter of the hole is the same as that of the reinforcing bar. The material is made so that the reinforcing bar is not taken out easily after once it is inserted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
